Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s commercial office portfolio.
Enhance efficiency of lease management’s process(es).
Provide direction and guidance to the team in terms of the leasing strategies.
Designing business development strategy, securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and leveraging on professional network with property agents.
Responsible for preparing property specific annual rental budget and rental forecast as well as the monthly management reporting.
Enhance tenant experience by assuming key role of customer service for tenants to ensure prompt resolution of their queries.

Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of international contacts.
