Conduct peer reviews and acceptance checks for dashboards and reports prior to release to ensure quality, accuracy, and 508 compliance.
Optimize dashboard loading times and refresh schedules to sustain responsive end-user interaction.
Design, develop, and deploy interactive reports and dashboards using Salesforce CRM Analytics, Power BI, and Tableau Cloud.
Lead BI standards and dashboard governance, including KPI definitions, validation methods, and performance tuning practices.
Implement validation checks at the presentation layer to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and traceable to source data prior to release.
Mentor BI developers and provide technical guidance on complex visualization and data modeling challenges.
Develop and maintain advanced formulas, expressions, and calculated fields within BI tools to support complex reporting needs.
Integrate, transform, and validate data from Salesforce Education Cloud, flat files, and AWS Redshift/PostgreSQL to construct unified analytical datasets.
Ensure dashboards are 508-compliant and meet usability and accessibility expectations.

Advanced proficiency across Salesforce Analytics, Power BI, and Tableau, including performance tuning and best-practice patterns.

Proven ability to establish and enforce dashboard standards for usability and 508 compliance, including review and acceptance criteria.
Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics, Power BI, and Tableau architecture and governance
10+ years of BI/Visualization development experience in enterprise environments
Expert-level capability designing BI architectures (semantic layers, shared datasets, KPI governance) to support scalable reporting.
Advanced SQL proficiency; experience optimizing queries for performance at scale
Experience establishing BI standards (KPI definitions, semantic layers, validation processes)
Ability to walk for extended periods throughout the work day including moving between buildings and covering long distances by foot.
Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
Leadership skills to mentor BI developers, coordinate with engineering/data science, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Demonstrated experience leading reviews, mentoring developers, and driving 508-compliant design at scale
