Accountable for overall financial success and delivery of AECOM Program Management agreement.
Represent the client at meetings with contractors, design consultants, municipalities, elected officials, and other stakeholders.
Coordination with local governments, contractors, sub-consultants, utilities, and other agencies to ensure seamless project execution and compliance.
Lead and manage programs and projects that are moderate in size and complexity or a defined part of a larger program, including contracting, project controls, quality, risk and change management all in support of the overall Program Manager.
The Senior Consultant, Program Management supports program-related activities, assisting with smaller programs or specific components of larger programs under the guidance of the Program Manager.
Collaborate with other Program manager staff and DRJTBC staff in solving challenges and ensuring projects’ success.
Advocate for ethical and safe working practices.
Attend meetings at DRJTBC headquarters and/or bridge facilities as required.
Develop, monitor, and manage project scope, budget, and schedule from the proposal stage through final deliverables.

The experience should demonstrate the ability to perform Program Management assignments effectively for agencies like DRJTBC.
PE Preferred (NJ and/or PA)
Ability to walk at a facility site unassisted for the purposes of field and construction inspection.
Experience in owner’s representative/program management work, including review of other consultant’s work product
Ability to drive an automobile up to 150 miles distance from the office to visit DRJTBC facilities for program and project-related meetings and field visits.
Communicate effectively in verbal and written form with the client, other agencies, consultants, contractors, utilities, and various program and project stakeholders as may be necessary.
10+ years of relevant experience including structural inspection, analysis, design, and construction management/inspection in the rehabilitation of bridges and other transportation-related structures.
BA/BS in Civil Engineering + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Relevant experience includes 6 years in a Structural Engineering role related to transportation
Demonstrate technical competency and understanding of client’s objectives for program delivery.
Experience serving as primary contact with agency representatives and other clients, engaging in project scoping, addressing regulatory requirements, and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
