• Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills to collaborate across departments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in accounting or finance
• Familiarity with accounting software such is highly required.
• Team Developer – Ability to build, lead, and mentor a high-performing accounting team aligned with company values.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strategic Leader – Proven experience leading accounting functions and providing financial guidance that supports organizational goals.
• Construction accounting and job costing experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA highly preferred
• Industry Leader – Over 60 years of success in Kansas City’s landscaping and construction industry
• Skilled in budget development, financial reporting, and audit coordination
• Process Expert – Skilled in implementing internal controls, managing audits, and improving day-to-day financial operations.
• Detail-Oriented Analyst – Adept at monitoring performance, delivering timely reporting, and ensuring financial accuracy across departments.
