Liaison with other departments and other service providers within SP Energy Networks and Corporate to assist in delivery of overall departmental and personal objectives.
Support the Workforce Management team with administrative tasks including preparation of reports, scorecards, diary management, and liaising with business managers.
Maintain and manage the departmental mailbox, responding to requests and queries from trainees and other SPEN or Corporate departments.
Support the Workforce team for day-to-day administration task including travel arrangements, SAP orders and receipting.
Support in the preparation for and on the day for stakeholder or trainee events, assessment centres and inductions.
Maintain supporting documentation and Power BI dashboard on trainee progress, assessments, placement plans and reporting.
Proactively manage key data flows between HR and other Corporate departments, SPEN business departments and the resourcing department.
Developing, maintaining, and enhancing customer relations with key business stakeholders including management, H&S, and L&D.
Manage the annual resourcing calendar.
Provide support to trainee placement managers, Team leaders and Heads of Resource on audits due and progress.
Consulting with HR Learning and Development (L&D) to ensure technical training programmes are maintained, shared and records updated.
Support any vocational students within the resourcing team, including the coaching and mentoring in use of corporate systems, IT applications and business processes.
Support the Workforce Management team in the preparation of budgetary requirements.
Consult with Fleet and operational departments on the requests for short- and long-term vehicle hire for trainees. Manage on and off-hire requests to Fleet and maintain tracking and periodic review of vehicle hires.
Consult with IT, General Services, Logistics and Fleet on annual demand forecast for laptops, phones, PPE and vehicles.
