Develop/maintain relationships with and provide technical support to commercial floor covering contractors, general contractors (GC’s), distributors, and architects throughout the region.
In coordination with Southeast Multi-Family Sales Manager and Southeast Commercial Sales Manager, develop and grow relationships with Maxxon Applicator network.
Lead and develop marketing initiatives within the region, as it relates to commercial segment.
In coordination with the Southeast Commercial Sales Manager, recommend pricing strategies and discounts with customer specific accounts.
Raise market awareness of Maxxon products with commercial floor covering contractors
Represent Maxxon at national and local trade shows.
Promote and increase product awareness through presentations, phone conversations, and e-mail communications.
Provide technical support for the Maxxon applicator network and commercial floor covering contractors within the Region.
Manage and resolve problem floor investigations on behalf of Maxxon, applicator network, and commercial floor covering contractors.
Monitor competition within the region.
Develop and present PowerPoint presentations on the Maxxon product line for architectural firms and general contractors to increase the number of architectural firms that specify and use Maxxon products.
Manage the training of new and existing dealers as it relates to how to bid and install Maxxon products.
Develop sales, training PowerPoint presentations and handouts to educate GC’s, Maxxon applicator network and commercial floor covering contractors
