Responds to and rectifies customer issues or occupant comfort complaints or building automation issues in a timely manner.
Designs, programs, monitors, maintains, and optimizes building automation systems and graphical user interfaces.

3+ years’ experience in building automation system design, implementation, and project management
Minimum of 1 year experience with building automation system project development or estimating preferred.
Ability to collaborate with other engineers or clients to methodically solve complex problems.
Niagara Certification is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or software) from a four-year college or university; or three+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
DDC Controls experience required.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to innovate with new processes and energy efficient systems.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
