  • Perform assignments under the guidance of an Environmental Professional or Project Manager.
  • Attend meetings with regional and national clients to discuss projects and project findings.
  • Prepare ASTM Phase I ESAs under the guidance of a senior Environmental Professional
  • Assist with field data QA/QC.
  • Assist with proposals, budgets, project planning, and project implementation.
  • Conduct fieldwork for local projects.
  • Collaborate with SWCA’s biologists, cultural resources teams, NEPA planners, and other specialists.
  • Assist with certain project management tasks.

  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record and your own transportation
  • Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail
  • A bachelor’s degree in an environmental related field
  • At least two years of experience authoring/leading ASTM-standard Phase I ESAs
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • Ability to be flexible, travel, and work outside in most weather conditions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while meeting deadlines
  • Experience in environmental consulting or a related field
  • Ability to interpret and record data, conduct analyses, compare findings to relevant studies and local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance.
