- Experience or proficiency in AutoCAD (preferred, not required)
- Revit BIM modeling experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability
- Ability to work in a team environment or individually
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a background check
- BSEE from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 2 years experience designing electrical systems
- Ability to manage MEP projects (a plus)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (a plus)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA‑72, Energy Code, and IBC
- Experience with fire alarm, lighting, lighting control, and low‑voltage systems
- Proficient and accurate in all areas of AutoCAD
- Revit MEP experience (preferred, not required)
- Ability to meet fast‑paced deadlines while maintaining quality design
- EIT registration (preferred, not required)

The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $105,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education and skill set.
