Executive Modernization Sales

Description

The Service Sales Associate will be based in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai and will drive modernization sales for Otis by targeting both existing OTIS elevators and non‑OTIS customers. The role involves coordinating with factories and headquarters to place MOD orders, managing material requirements, and handling payment and collection against sales orders while liaising with internal teams such as construction and finance.

• Drive modernization sales by visiting current OTIS and non‑OTIS elevator customers.
• Coordinate with factories and headquarters to place MOD orders and ensure timely project bookings.
• Manage material requirements based on customer specifications.
• Oversee payment collection and financial reconciliation for sales orders.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as construction and finance for order management.
• Maintain a portfolio of elevator units and nurture relationships with existing customers.
• Act as the primary contact for resolving customer inquiries and needs.
• Develop modernization sales through networking, bids, and tenders.
• Create and execute a sales strategy to meet targets while ensuring profitability.
• Utilize Otis sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast results.
• Conduct negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely payment.
• Work closely with fellow sales representatives and field colleagues to achieve goals.
