Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (Marketing, Business, Communications, Architecture, or Engineering preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable in social settings, and a connector within the marketplace.
• Avid researcher with a detective mindset through intelligent questions
• Effective communicator who is highly organized and able to multitask effectively
• Deltek Vantagepoint CRM and Microsoft Office
• Excellent time management, organization skills, and flexibility to change direction according to team needs.
• Robust existing professional network within the engineering market sector and a drive to grow their network.
• Creative thinker willing to implement ideas and follow through effectively.
• 5+ years of professional experience in business development within a related industry. Experience in multi-disciplinary Architectural Design/Interior Design/Engineering firms and exposure to engineering market segment preferred.
• Self-motivated professional who is accountable and disciplined.
