As a Professional Engineer for Roadway, you will lead design and analysis of various transportation infrastructures, prepare technical documentation and cost estimates, and work closely with a Project Manager to integrate multiple design disciplines. The role also involves supporting client relations, stakeholder coordination, and managing sub‑consultants while maintaining project quality, budget, and schedule.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and possess a Professional Engineering license in the state of employment (or be able to obtain it within one year). The ideal applicant has 5‑10 years of roadway transportation experience, a solid grounding in AASHTO geometric design criteria, proficiency with Bentley or Autodesk civil design software, and familiarity with DOT standards. Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are also required.
