  • Presentation Skill: Ability to make group presentations and represent the SFPUC to the general public or other governmental or regulatory agencies.

  • Written Communication Skill: Possess excellent writing skills, with the ability to comprehend and write contracts, specifications, and formal letters.
  • Ability to manage, supervise, train, and coordinate complex functional groups, both professional and sub-professional.
  • Oral Communication Skill: Ability to clearly communicate verbally with professional proficiency.
  • Ability to comprehend construction management approaches, concepts and complex legal documents.
  • Experience developing and implementing contracting strategies related to infrastructure facilities and/or capital improvement programs.
  • Minimum Qualification Supplemental Questionnaire (MQSQ) (Weight: Qualifying): Candidates will be required to complete a MQSQ as part of the employment application at a later time.
