Description

In this position you will promote the company’s Embrace philosophy for residents, families, and staff while implementing and overseeing the six Embrace pillars. You will work daily with the Memory Care Director and Health and Wellness team to manage operations, personally lead five to seven innovative Memory Care programs each day, and assist in planning, coordinating, and evaluating resident activities to encourage participation. Additionally, you will provide education, training, and hands‑on support to community staff, and monitor programs to maintain high resident, family, and staff satisfaction in a fiscally responsible manner.

• Promote the Embrace philosophy for residents, families, and staff.
• Implement and oversee the six Embrace pillars (Wellness, Enrichment, Creativity, Connection, Challenge, Teamwork).
• Lead 5–7 innovative Memory Care programs daily and coordinate resident activities.
• Provide education, training, and hands‑on support to community staff.
• Monitor programs to ensure resident/family/staff satisfaction and fiscal responsibility.

Preferred qualifications include an associate’s degree in Social Work, Recreation Therapy, Psychology or a related field, and 1‑3+ years of Alzheimer’s/Dementia care, senior recreation programming, or management experience. Desired certifications are Activity Director Certified, Certified Dementia Practitioner, or Therapeutic Recreation Assistant, along with proven leadership and innovative, person‑centered programming skills.
