Role
Description
Communicating with technical leads & clients to ensure quality of labour and safety needs are met
Booking of pre-employment medicals
Manage all aspects of mobilisation and compliance, including client approvals, site access, training verification.
Prepare all employment contract documents and ensure paperwork is completed accurately
Manage the day-to-day administration responsibilities including file management & CV formatting and maintaining recruitment trackers
Facilitate all phases of the on-boarding & mobilisation process for both white and blue collar candidates.
Co-ordinate and plan the delivery of training
Maintain and build close relationships with candidates and contacts
