You will provide technical Micro SCADA X and Substation Automation solution support to sales teams in the early stages of the sales process, influencing specifications, driving proofs of concept, homologation and solution design to solve customer pain points, and creating demand through technical promotion and value‑added sales approaches.
You will help create exhibition setups and deliver fresh webinars, and work closely with global, hub and local counterparts to maintain continuous technical enablement and education on the latest Micro SCADA X and Substation Automation offerings.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers and partners—both internal and external—will ensure ongoing market satisfaction, while delivering solution support and training to meet business needs.
You will liaise with product management and R&D groups to align the product roadmap with market and customer requirements, and you will adhere to company policies, ethics codes and regulatory guidelines in all activities.
Your background should include a BE/BTech (or equivalent) in power, electrical or communications, 5‑10 years of experience in automation of power transmission and distribution networks, and the ability to coordinate globally with HUB, R&D, product management, engineering and sales teams.
