The role offers a strong commission structure with a base hourly rate ranging from $23.52 to $29.40, translating to an annual base salary of $48,921 to $61,152. Performance‑based bonuses can add $1,000 to $1,500 per month, and quarterly elite rewards provide additional earnings of $1,000 to $3,000 depending on ranking.
