• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Produce accurate monthly cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
• Prepare and negotiate interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and payment processes.
• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of multiple projects from tender to final account.
• Support project teams with commercial and contractual guidance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

• Solid working knowledge of NEC and JCT contract forms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Exposure to a wide range of civil, structural, and power infrastructure projects.
• Based within a commutable distance of Bishop’s Stortford.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within RC frame, groundworks, or civil engineering sectors.
