Manage, value and agree variations to the Contract.
Carry out the valuation, preparation, and submission of compliant payment notices to our Sub-Contractors in accordance with the Sub-Contract Agreement.
Agreement of final accounts upstream and downstream.
Review and understanding of programme, and ensure correct contractual notices are issued and as required by the Contract.
Negotiation and Contract placement of the Sub-Contract Agreements with our specialist Sub-Contractors.
Management of all commercial activities throughout design stage, assistance with compiling the tender bid for the submission of the AMP (Absolute maximum price) construction of the project and engaging with Sub-Contractors / Suppliers during this phase.
Review and negotiation of the Contract with our Client, with support from the senior management team.
Manage numerous activities across a number of projects simultaneously
Management and agreement of variations with our Sub-Contractors.
Preparation and submission of monthly interim valuations to our Client in line with our Contract.
Working alongside our design, pre-construction, estimating team during the above phase, ensuring commercial coverage.
Monthly production and presentation of financial report for the project in line with the company timetable.
