Tasks

This is a full-time role for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards located in the Toledo, Atlanta and Portland areas. The Senior Manager, Total Rewards will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs. This role includes overseeing compensation planning, job evaluations, and benefits administration. The manager will ensure that compensation and benefits programs are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with SSOE’s strategic objectives.

What You Bring

-Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCP, CEBS) are a plus -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Expertise in Compensation & Benefits -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field -Experience in Compensation Planning and Compensation Management -Proficiency in Job Evaluation and Benefits Administration
