The Community Leasing Specialist coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. Responsibilities include guiding prospects through the leasing process, ensuring resident satisfaction, and securing lease renewals.
The role requires standing, walking, and occasional climbing or lifting up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance), and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Flexibility is essential, as the incumbent must be on call during evenings, weekends, and holidays and may travel occasionally to support other properties or attend training.
The hourly wage ranges from $18.00 to $19.00, with actual pay based on experience, location, and business needs. Eligible employees may also participate in quarterly, monthly, or annual bonus programs tied to individual and company performance.
