Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals.
Lead, mentor, and support sales team members within the region, fostering a culture of success and goal achievement.
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing accounts, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts with accurate pricing and configurations.
Lead the transition of existing customers to subscription-based models, articulating the value and benefits effectively.
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Attend and participate in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events to promote Trimble solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including cold calls, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs, and generate product development ideas.

Proven experience in sales and account management within the transportation, logistics, or technology sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
Experience in selling software solutions to the transportation or logistics market preferred.
Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture and the value proposition of subscription models.
Familiarity with Trimble Transportation’s product offerings and the broader transportation technology landscape preferred.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
