Continuously assess and recommend improvements to HRIS processes and workflows
Manage system updates and releases, ensuring that new features are successfully tested, documented, and deployed
Support Workday-related projects and enhancements, working with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and vendors
Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance including Workday, ICIMS and other HR systems.
Develop reports and conduct an ongoing audit and quality assurance to ensure data integrity, correct pay and tax practice.
Implement Workday system changes, including business process design, configuration, testing, documenting runbooks, and regression testing
Monitor HRIS data integrity and implement measures to ensure data quality and accuracy
Design and deliver custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday reporting tools (e.g., Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Report Writer, Trended Worker Reporting)
Stay current with Workday updates, new features, and industry best practices
Support ad-hoc reporting requests and analyze HR data to support business decisions
Act as a liaison between HR business units and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between systems
Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Talent, Performance, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Leaves, Time and Absence, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in Workday HCM modules with a solid understanding of HR processes.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in HRIS management, preferably in Workday.

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
Deep knowledge of HR processes, data management, and compliance requirements
Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
