The Assistant Facilities Manager – Account Management (Work Dynamics) based in Mumbai will lead daily property operations for assigned facilities. Working with a team, the role involves managing client activities, implementing building procedures, and ensuring compliance with performance measures and health‑and‑safety standards.
A key part of the job is to build strong relationships with clients, proactively meet their expectations, and serve as the primary point of contact for any facilities‑related concerns.
The manager will take charge of the site’s budget, accounting, and financial operations, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure procurement compliance and delivery of quality work within contract terms.
Teamwork is central; the role includes training and coaching staff, fostering a collaborative culture, and maintaining motivation, trust, and high performance among team members.
Responsibilities also cover engineering planning, preventive maintenance, and risk mitigation, monitoring critical equipment, reviewing reports, and driving continuous improvement of facility systems.
Candidates must hold a degree and have at least five years of relevant experience, with strong technical competence, knowledge of policies, building maintenance, and people management.
