Respond to emergency and after-hours repair needs
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance at all times
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
Maintain and oversee all buildings, grounds, and amenities
Complete service requests efficiently and with high-quality workmanship

Must be able to take after-hours/on-call rotation
HVAC experience required; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) a strong plus
Ability to walk property grounds regularly and work in outdoor conditions
Must have basic tools and reliable transportation
Strong communication skills with residents, vendors, and team members
Maintenance experience required (multifamily experience preferred)
Ability to perform general apartment maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repair
High school diploma or GED required
0–4 years: 120 hours
5+ years: 160 hours
CPO certification and pool maintenance experience are a plus
