Ensure compliance with our Standards of Business Conduct and contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement.
Ensure compliance with the HACCP Food Safety Plan, monitoring food safety standards and practices, maintaining hygiene in food preparation areas, and completing all Food Safety Documentation accurately and timely.
Monitor and enforce food storage standards, ensuring proper handling and rotation of stock using First In, First Out (FIFO) principles, and maintaining appropriate holding temperatures for perishable items.
