Employ 3D laser scanning technology to create detailed point cloud models
Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
Create and maintain a social media presence to showcase the company's LiDAR and UAS projects and engage with potential clients and collaborators.
Train and mentor team members on Surveying best practices and technologies.

Assist with the marketing of the firm's capabilities to establish new clients and enhance relationships.
Contribute to innovative applications of surveying and mapping technologies
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and strategies.
Assist in sales activities and maintenance of client relationships.
Work with state-of-the-art surveying, UAS, LiDAR, and scanning technologies
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Continue client relationships within the South Region.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
Participate in the preparation of surveys and contract documents, as required.
Work on projects that positively impact communities, the environment, and society
Stay up to date with UAS regulations, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Responsible for establishing and achieving performance targets within the Practice.
Perform QA/QC reviews for project or task deliverables.
Ensure quality control standards are met and adhere to industry best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Directly report to Surveying and Mapping Lead
Contribute to creative problem-solving and teamwork

Demonstrated leadership capability to build and lead teams of technical practitioners and/or project managers.
Professional license or certification within the field of expertise.
