- Require 5+ years of recruitment experience, including 3+ years in construction or real estate.

- Expertise in behavioral and performance‑based interviewing techniques.
- Skilled in passive sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill roles.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
Benefits
The role offers an annual base salary between $80,000 and $100,000, dependent on experience, qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal equity, along with eligibility for Wesgroup’s competitive annual bonus program.
