Communicates daily and on an as needed basis with the WAM Project Manager or Operations Supervisor.
Responsible for all equipment upkeep related to any specific project and produces a stock check on a quarterly basis.
Completes job forms, time sheets and all other required documentation.
Ensures safe working methods are applied at all times and conducts or participates in weekly safety meetings.
Provides appropriate technical support and best practice methodology to operational teams when carrying out their duties in a responsive, diligent and competent manor.
Strives towards meeting all WAM targets and always ensures complete customer satisfaction.
Responsible for Map/GIS information reading, interpreting, and measuring.
Facilitates all WAM work requirements, advising on night work as needed.
Coordinates and schedules weekly activities with Operations Supervisor.
Conducts or assists WAM Project Managers with daily, weekly and end of project reports effectively and on-time.
Uses initiative to find solutions in the field for the benefit of the customer and/or the Water Asset Management division.
Attends or conducts site meetings with the client as needed.
Conducts non-revenue water recovery and control services, including leak detection (i.e., sounding of fittings and leak noise correlation, planning and deployment of acoustic noise loggers, water network establishment and asset identification, planning and implementing step tests, and flow and pressure data recovery).

Experience in Map/GIS information reading, interpreting, and measuring preferred.
Must have general knowledge of Microsoft products.
Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle and criminal record.
Progresses in the industry and use of any equipment the Water Asset Management division uses and/or supplies.
Flexible and willing to work within any area of the Water Asset Management division when required.
Experience working with Water Distribution Systems and/or Acoustic Leak Detection desirable but not required.
Must have experience in previous jobs working outside on a regular basis, preferably in extreme conditions.
EXTENSIVE travel may be required.
High School diploma or GED required.
Proficient project management skills.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include travel and extended work hours.
Must be able to walk up to 10 miles per day with frequent bending and lift up to 20 lbs.
Must have problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
Must be willing to learn new skills and technology.
Willingness to learn advanced Leak Detection methodology from direct cooperation and training with WAM Project.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with confidence and minimal instruction.
Must have good communication & customer service skills.
Multiple office locations to work from: Stick close to home or travel for a change of scenery.
Experience in transportation projects.
Must have good time keeping and organizational skills.
Must be able to pass a drug screen.
