Estimators operate either as embedded resources within client organisations or on ad‑hoc projects through the Turner & Townsend Estimating Hub, delivering a range of estimating outputs that help clients make informed decisions.
- Estimate Production (order‑of‑magnitude to detailed first‑principles)
- Estimating Assurance
- Estimating Support for Major Programme Setup
- Estimating Data and analytics
- Generate accurate and comprehensive cost estimates and cost plans on schedule
- Manage the estimating process at project level independently
- Promote best‑practice estimating methods within Turner & Townsend

- Stay updated on technical developments to provide best‑practice advice

To support continued growth, Turner & Townsend is hiring Estimators and Senior Estimators with experience in infrastructure sectors such as rail, airports, highways, power, water or utilities. Positions are based in London, Birmingham, Bristol and Manchester, and remote work from the UK is possible for global client assignments.
- Hold a high‑standard qualification in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience delivering estimating or QS services on large projects
- Proficiency with estimating software packages
- Membership or progression towards chartered status with RICS, CIOB or a similar professional body
