What you would be doing
site inspection

Conduct daily site inspections to monitor construction activities, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, approved submittals, and safety requirements.
Utilize the eCMS (Electronic Construction Management System) for document control, quality tracking, and reporting.
Coordinate with the Superintendents, SSHO, and government representatives during quality meetings and inspections.
Manage the Three Phases of Quality Control (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up) in accordance with federal construction standards.
Verify and document all testing, inspections, and corrective actions.
Develop and maintain QC documentation, including daily reports, inspection checklists, test logs, and deficiency logs.
Review and approve submittals, RFIs, and transmittals, ensuring full compliance with design specifications and government requirements.

Familiarity with NAVFAC and DoD standards.
Proficiency with computers.
Experience working with Synergy Electric or other government prime contractors.
Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
24-hour Fall Protection Competent Person certification.
Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years on federal or military projects.
Prior experience with roofing, demolition, or structural repair projects.
Ability to travel and stay on-site during the project duration.
Strong working knowledge of the Three Phases of QC, federal construction documentation, and quality procedures.
