  • Ensuring workers implement control measures to minimise risk to health and safety of themselves and others through SWMS, Special Processes and Corrective Actions
  • Scheduling, forecasting, procurement and management of materials, plant, personnel and subcontractors
  • Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely Culture.
  • Building strong relationships and networks with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Ensuring that project planning, resources, budgets and timelines are on successfully met
  • Reports incidents, non-conformances and near misses and participate in incident investigations when required

  • 5+ years experience working on SA DIT projects
  • Excellent ability to understand and interpret project and client specific requirements
  • You will have well-developed communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to understand costings, budgets, forecasting, subcontractor management and project controls
  • Ideally you will have an appropriate trade certificate (or equivalent)
  • Proven commitment to leading safety, quality and environmental compliance on site
  • You will be resilient, adaptable and someone who is comfortable making decisions and taking initiative
