Develop and manage the organization's master data & reference data strategy, standards and processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of master data across all business systems and support the integration and synchronization of reference data across various platforms.
Ensure continuous professional development and performance management of team members.
Support implementation of data quality metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor and improve data accuracy and consistency across domains.
Work with business to standardize and harmonize master data definitions and processes and identify and document master data and reference data entities.
Oversee the establishment and enforcement of data quality standards and procedures.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify data quality issues and their impact on business processes. Drive and support the design and delivery of the projects to address data quality issues.

Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise data quality, data management strategies and initiatives.
Experience with data modeling, data architecture, and database management systems is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proficiency with data management tools and technologies, such as SQL, ETL tools, data governance platforms, and MDM solutions like Collibra, Informatica, or Ataccama, or Talend.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management and data quality roles, in large scale enterprise set up with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of data quality, master data, and reference data management principles and practices.
