Interior Designer

• Strong skills in interior architectural detailing and production of design documents, ensuring design intent is fully realized across all phases.
• Experience complementing high-end hospitality projects, from concept through installation.
• Experience managing the design and documentation of custom furniture: material selection, design intent drawings, coordination with vendors/manufacturers, and reviewing submittals through construction administration.
• Solid understanding of drawing sets, interior finishes specifications, and FF&E documentation.
• 2–4+ years of professional experience in luxury hospitality and residential design, with the ability to showcase built work.
• Familiarity with shop drawing reviews, sample approvals, and construction administration processes.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, brands, and internal project teams, as well as liaising with purchasing agents, vendors, and fabricators.
• Software proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, with Revit proficiency a strong plus.
• Proficiency in design concept development, presentations, and custom furniture design, including drafting, specifications, and vendor coordination.
