What you would be doing
- Compile and report on the activities of internal committees led by the Department Director.
- Ensure strict compliance with RTA’s information security policies and report incidents promptly.
- Prepare technical and administrative reports via the Trasul system.
- Support the preparation of project-related work plans and technical studies.
- Prepare, update, and follow up on the annual contractual plan for road design and construction projects.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Corporate Communications team for project-related media communications.
- Manage contractual processes, including contract requests, tenders, evaluations, and awards.
- Coordinate the annual performance evaluations of department staff in line with HR policies.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government entities on pending technical issues.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of annual financial budgets and ensure adherence to financial policies.
- Monitor contractor and consultant payments and ensure timely and compliant disbursements.
- Conduct studies to support the continuous development of departmental operations.
- Contribute to the development of strategic and operational plans aligned with RTA’s vision and KPIs.
- Monitor financial performance indicators, prepare monthly financial reports, and participate in financial review committees.
- Assist in planning and preparing departmental meetings, including agendas, minutes, and implementation follow-ups.
- Study and recommend improvements to internal procedures to enhance departmental efficiency.
