

Designs and manufactures innovative equipment for turf, landscape, and construction industries.
In this position you will conduct in‑person and virtual training sessions, develop and evaluate instructional content, and attend regional customer events as a technical support specialist. You will travel nationally to provide on‑site training and support, delivering high‑level diagnostics and troubleshooting for major systems such as diesel, gasoline, hybrid, electric, hydrostatic, and hydraulic components. Support will be offered through multiple channels, including phone, video link, and other formats, while also guiding or performing mechanical work on Toro equipment.
The ideal candidate holds a Certificate III in Mobile Plant (required) and preferably a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, as well as a Certificate III in Automotive Electrical. Required experience includes at least five years of diagnosing faults in turf, golf‑course, or plant equipment, strong public speaking and classroom teaching abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS platforms. Additional skills include the ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics, strong interpersonal communication, a valid Australian driver’s licence, and a passport with eligibility for a US visa.
