You will ensure that all hire equipment and service operations run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

  • Provide administrative support for invoicing, purchase orders, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in managing spare parts inventory and ordering as required.
  • Coordinate daily service and maintenance schedules for hire equipment.
  • Log, track, and prioritise service requests, breakdowns, and preventative maintenance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with workshop staff, drivers, and suppliers to ensure timely turnaround of equipment.
  • Liaise with customers regarding service updates, repairs, and equipment availability.
  • Ensure adherence to company safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Support the hire desk with availability updates and scheduling of equipment returns and deliveries.

The Service Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating equipment servicing, repairs, and logistics to support the rental fleet.
