Overview

Assist with field inspections, documentation, and support for HART rail project.

Key Responsibilities

• blueprint review

Tasks

-Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans -Support engineers and project managers with material take-offs, RFI submissions, and submittal reviews -Participate in quality control processes and report any discrepancies to supervisors -Maintain field logs, daily reports, and photo documentation -Assist with the procurement of materials and verification of deliveries -Perform various administrative and technical support tasks as needed -Help coordinate subcontractors and track their progress against project schedules -Assist in daily field inspections and ensure work is performed in compliance with project specifications and safety standards

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or scheduling software is a plus -Excellent communication and organizational skills -Ability to work in outdoor environments and on active construction sites -Basic understanding of construction drawings and specifications -Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field -Must reside in the Honolulu, HI area
