Help promote strategic sites through the planning process
Support the negotiation and acquisition process, including offer preparation, appraisals, and planning assessments.
Assist with the disposal of S106 affordable housing units and support planning and land strategy activities.
Assist with identifying and appraising suitable land opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with land agents and key market contacts.
You’ll play a key role in identifying, appraising, and securing both strategic and immediate land opportunities—driving growth and helping deliver quality new homes. This role offers a mix of autonomy and collaboration, working closely with senior leaders to make informed, high-impact decisions. Degree in relevant subject (Planning/Real Estate/Geography)
Full driving license and access to a vehicle
1-2 years experience, ideally within residential development.
