Candidates must hold a B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering (geotechnical emphasis preferred) from an ABET‑accredited university, have 12+ years of civil or geotechnical engineering experience with team and business management, and possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license or be able to obtain one in Colorado within three months of hire. Proven leadership in operational oversight, staff development, and client engagement is required, along with deep technical knowledge of subsurface investigations, foundation systems, and soil‑structure interaction, plus familiarity with CMT processes and laboratory standards. A master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering and experience with modeling software such as MicroStation, GeoStudio, LPile, gINT, and PLAXIS are preferred.

The expected salary range for this role is $140,000–$180,000 per year, with final compensation determined based on location and individual qualifications.
