Description

• Design, deploy, and manage Cisco LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPN infrastructure.
• Lead IT team covering Helpdesk, MES, and infrastructure.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols in line with group standards.
• Liaise between U.S. and Chinese IT teams to align global strategies.
• Oversee hardware, software, and networking upgrades and support company‑wide software solutions.
• Manage IT vendor relationships for service quality and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ISO‑27001, TISAX, and data‑privacy regulations.
• Provide escalation support for complex helpdesk issues.

Requirements

The role is an experienced, bilingual IT Manager for the Manteno, IL site, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure, efficient IT network. Fluency in English and business‑level Chinese is required to interact with global teams and vendors.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 7+ years of IT experience with network management focus; 3+ years in leadership.
• Expertise with Cisco, Juniper (or similar) hardware; Linux/Windows servers and VMware.
• Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, IDS, and cloud/hybrid environments.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).
• Proven leadership, project management, and cross‑department collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.

Benefits

The U.S. base salary for this full‑time position ranges from $110 k to $160 k, with eligibility for bonus and benefits. Compensation is influenced by location, skills, experience, and education, and the listed range reflects target salaries across U.S. locations.
