Partner with internal product teams, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution
Drive adoption of new capabilities through targeted enablement and communication strategies
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user workflows, pain points, and unmet needs
Establish continuous feedback mechanisms to inform prioritization and product decisions
Collaborate with engineering, UX, and program management to deliver high-impact features and usability improvements
Support the scaling of Centercode for product teams, enabling structured beta testing and customer feedback collection
Define and execute a product strategy for Jira and Confluence Cloud aligned with Autodesk’s cloud-first transformation
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
Integrate Centercode insights into Jira and Confluence workflows to inform product development
Identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities through user feedback, analytics, and market trends
Translate user insights into actionable product requirements and success metrics
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support platform governance, compliance, and lifecycle management

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or internal tooling.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
