MiTek is moving its SAP implementation from go-live and hyper-care into steady-state operations, and this internship provides hands‑on experience supporting the launch and stabilization of the SAP Application Management Services (AMS) model. The SAP AMS Intern will collaborate closely with the ERP Service Delivery Manager and the AMS partner to ensure smooth post-go-live operations, effective process documentation, and data-driven performance monitoring.
Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, and have a foundational understanding of SAP ERP (preferably S/4HANA) and core business processes. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and tools like ServiceNow is preferred, along with strong analytical, documentation, Excel/Power BI, communication, and problem-solving skills. The role is office-based, requiring typical computer and telephone use.
The internship is a paid, 12-week program running from Monday, May 18 through Friday, August 7. Interns who relocate for the role receive a $6,000 stipend to help cover temporary housing and travel expenses.
