Create, review and update Preventive Maintenance Orders.
Coordinate facilities team tasks for site events, conferences, tours and VIP visits.
Provides administrative/technical assistance to facility maintenance team.
Assist Production Control and Construction Teams with material research, identification and staging.

Local candidates preferred
A combination of education and directly related experience equal to one (2) years.
Must have an active (or ability to obtain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
This position requires computer skills appropriate for work ticket generation, work schedule creation and assessment, material & tool inventory using SAP.
Valid driver's license
Answer routine help desk telephone calls with the ability to determine best technical course of action to develop a solution to the problem.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Technical knowledge in the fields of Facilities Operations, Facilities Maintenance and Construction.
Customer service and communication skills are essential to perform the duties associated with this position.
Proficient computer and software skills to include the use of SAP and applications in the Microsoft Suite
Must be a US Citizen
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
