Effectively communicate with multiple departments to understand requirements, ensure they are met, and confirm that everything is tested within the established deadlines
Actively participate in all new releases and hotfixes to ensure comprehensive testing and validation

Thoroughly evaluate during testing to ensure that new implementations or developments do not affect existing processes or cause errors
