Commercial Insights Analyst

Description

As a Commercial Insights Analyst and under the wing of an experienced Commercial Performance Manager, you will drive commercial data into actionable insights for internal teams across our AllHomes and Agent Solutions products. Whether it's deciphering large commercial data sets, or providing powerful visualisation and reporting across sales marketing and audience insights, you will be an integral part of helping sales teams to sell more and sell faster.

• Get actively involved in ad-hoc projects at the request of Sales Leadership.
• Develop and maintain new dashboards and reports for sales revenue, target setting and tracking, and platforms for strategic storytelling.
• Participate in Quarterly Sales Reviews and associated analysis & story telling.
• Drive actionable insights & reports from sales, marketing & audience data.
• Develop reports in Tableau that are scalable throughout our sales teams.
• Use a range of data sources to uncover actionable insights and prioritise accordingly.
• Manage the insights and reports pipeline requests and their respective stakeholders' expectations.
• Partner with Leaders of business segments to provide strategic and tactical input and recommendations based on commercial data and insights.

Requirements

• Able to work autonomously.
• High level Tableau experience (e.g. complex dashboards and reports) - MUST HAVE
• Comfortable to present complex data to non-data people.
• Experience querying data using SQL.
• A level of confidence to have tricky conversations when needed.
• Experience analysing and interpreting sales data into actionable insights.
• Experience with commercial / sales data - MUST HAVE
• Experience driving end-to-end insights led programs.
