Partners with as a strategic resource to Executives, Regional Management, Vice Presidents, and employees to provide support in the form of policy development and enforcement, benefits, compensation, performance management and engagement.
Interprets human resources policy to company management and employees.
Conducts weekly 1:1 meeting with Regional Vice Presidents.
Engages to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.
Collaborates with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions.
Analyzes data trends and metrics to inform business decisions.
Works with a variety of company vendors, including benefits carriers, HR related software vendors, HR Program vendors (DEI), etc.

In depth knowledge of federal and state legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers compensation, FMLA, ADA, and EEOC.
