- 5+ years of design engineering experience, particularly on municipal, utility, and infrastructure projects in Central Texas.
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean and insurable driving record.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering/science discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer is a plus.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas.
