- Build and maintain rapport with client representatives and ensure full understanding of project scope and deliverables.
- Coordinate due‑diligence efforts for internal teams, project partners, clients, and end users, delivering appropriate documentation.
- Develop a detailed project budget based on historical and market data with clear assumptions.
- Act as the primary contact with the client throughout the project duration.
- Guide the client and team through design implementation from conceptual to construction documentation and sign‑off.
- Develop and maintain master project schedules and manage successful execution within intended time‑frames.
- Prepare RFPs for vendor and contractor services and manage the selection process.
- Develop procedures for distribution, receipt, opening, levelling, and award of projects and services.
- Facilitate critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal staff, stakeholders, and external users.
- Manage project performance against schedules, milestones, and critical path items across multiple projects.
- Manage vendor and project team performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and client expectations.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate potential liabilities and risks through a risk review process.
- Contribute to the refinement of best practices and standards of excellence within JLL.
- Ensure accounts receivable levels do not exceed planned working capital charges.
- Operates with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to stakeholders.
- Understand and support JLL’s project delivery process; manage project controls and tools to deliver continuous improvement and build trust.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and have at least 12 years of relevant experience, including industrial construction project management.
The ideal applicant brings extensive construction project management experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, excellent communication, high organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling and budgeting software, Clarizen, and SharePoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
- 12+ years of relevant experience related to project or construction management.
- Industrial construction project management experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required for assigned projects.
- 10+ years of practical experience in construction project management.
- Experience in commercial real estate, architecture and construction preferred.
- Ability to understand all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Must understand technical requirements of clients.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills; able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with executive‑level external and internal clients.
- Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to disseminate information effectively.
- Able to maintain confidentiality, exercise judgment, and work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling and budgeting software, Clarizen, and SharePoint.
