The City Lead – Operations is a full‑time role reporting to the India Operations Director / Account Director, overseeing up to 200 staff members at the Hyderabad site. The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 12‑14 years of overall experience, including 10‑12 years in facilities management, FM services, hotels, or projects.
Key competencies include strong interpersonal and client‑focused skills, leadership and line‑management ability, technical understanding of performance‑based service contracts, and knowledge of occupational safety requirements. The candidate must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication, analytical capabilities, and a learning‑oriented, innovative mindset.
